If you need a hotel room, there are plenty of options nearby.

 

Why not stay at the Fairfield Manor?  As a guest of the party, you can stay overnight at a discounted rate of £79, bed and breakfast.  Book directly with the hotel but make sure you say that you are with the party.

 

If you would rather stay somewhere else, there are two Premier Inn hotels which are both located just a few minutes away by taxi.

Alternatively further afield, York has a choice of Holiday Inns, a Marriott, Travel Lodges and even the Cedar Court Hotel.  All of these hotels will involve a fairly expensive taxi though because they are  on the wrong side of town.
